What We're Looking For:

We need a veterinarian who:
Thrives in a busy environment
Is surgery-focused
Loves learning, doing, and growing
Can handle same-day appointments and the occasional surprise emergency
Is excited by a team of superstar techs trained to their full license (and beyond - they extract teeth, run ultrasounds!)

If you're a self-starter with drive and passion, you'll fit right in.

The Schedule:

We're looking for someone interested in 4/10s
No surgery on Wednesdays (because balance matters)
Doctors currently work 7 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities / Qualifications

Salary range of $120,000-$180,000/year with an average production percentage of 19-21%.

Doctor Mentorship Program
Not 1, not 3, but 12 months of mentorship for first year doctors! To help transition from school to clinic life, both a coach and mentor help new doctors develop their clinical and non-clinical soft skills. Build skills. Build confidence. Build relationships.

Clinical Tracks Program

Committed to helping teammates grow, we proudly offer over fifty hours of in-depth, RACE-approved CE credit facilitated by veterinary specialists to grow teammate clinical skills and enhance the care of our patients. Courses offered: Dentistry, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Cardiology.
