FastTrack Veterinary Urgent Care is a privately-owned, walk-in, small animal urgent care hospital in Port St. Lucie, FL. After just over 6 months of serving the Treasure Coast, our caseload and community presence have grown rapidly, and we are looking to add another veterinarian to our team.
We are proud to be privately owned and operated, with a strong focus on open communication, transparency in patient care, and a supportive team culture. Our goal is to provide high-quality, accessible urgent care while maintaining a positive, sustainable work environment for our team.
Our modern facility is fully equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab capabilities, Samsung HM70 EVO ultrasound, TonoVet, and advanced anesthesia monitoring.
Position Overview:
As a veterinarian at FastTrack, you’ll manage a wide variety of urgent care cases including vomiting/diarrhea, wounds, lameness, allergic reactions, toxin exposures, and other acute conditions.
This role allows you to practice high-quality medicine without overnight shifts or long-term case management, giving you the ability to focus on patient care while maintaining work-life balance.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (9am–9pm)
- No overnights
- Flexible scheduling with strong emphasis on time off
Compensation:
- Pro-Sal model (base salary + production)
- Base salary negotiable based on experience

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
- Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends
