Associate DVM Annual compensation ranges from $150k-$200k+ & is a combination of base salary + production bonuses, incentives, etc. Salary is guaranteed, no negative accrual! Varies depending on the style of the hospital you desire, medicine (GP/Shelter/Specialty/ER) , hours worked, schedule, location, experience, etc. All is negotiable!
