Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our independently owned, community-focused practice in Ocala, Florida. Our mission centers on access to care, affordability, and high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter (HQHVSN), supported by strong community partnerships and financial assistance resources for clients in need.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- 4-day work week
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No after-hours emergencies

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Strong clinical skills in general practice, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and preventive care
Interest in surgery (spay/neuter, soft tissue, and/or dentistry) or willingness to focus on medical cases along the spectrum of care
Commitment to providing high-quality, accessible, and affordable veterinary care
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and supportive approach to patient care
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing practice
