BluePearl Pet Hospital in the NE Portland area is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Coordinator to join our incredible team.

Our schedules are non traditional with shifts in daytime, swing and overnight.

Or ER/ICU is open 24/7/365 and includes holidays.

This is not your average front desk job.
This is fast-paced medicine, critical thinking, teamwork, emotional intelligence, client advocacy, and being part of something bigger.

We're looking for someone who:

• Can juggle phones, triage flow, emotions, and appointments like a pro
• Understands veterinary ER/Urgent Care culture
• Brings compassion without losing efficiency
• Loves a non-static environment where no two shifts are the same
• Wants a genuinely supportive culture (not just words on a poster)
