Pawsitively Pets In-Home Veterinary Care is seeking a full- or part-time veterinarian to serve clients throughout Volusia County, Florida. We are a house-call–exclusive general practice offering a refreshingly different experience for veterinarians, pets, and their families.

What We Do
Our services include:

• Preventive care
• Diagnosis and management of common medical conditions
• Hospice and palliative care
• In-home euthanasia

We do not offer surgical or emergency services and rely on trusted local and regional referral partners when those needs arise. We are appointment-only, with no on-call responsibilities.

We are Fear Free Certified and committed to providing a low-stress experience for our patients and their owners. Just as importantly, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our veterinary team and work only with clients who share that commitment.

Our Clients
Our clientele is kind, respectful, and deeply appreciative of the personalized care we provide. They readily accept referrals when services fall outside our scope and are understanding of the limitations inherent to mobile practice.

The Ideal Candidate
You might be a great fit if you are:

• Comfortable interacting with clients in the home setting
• Confident performing technical skills (blood draws, restraint, treatments) with clients present
• Experienced in managing and educating clients on common general practice conditions (e.g., atopy, diabetes, osteoarthritis)
• Compassionate and confident when guiding families through palliative care and end-of-life decisions
• Comfortable performing euthanasia with clients present
• Eager to build lasting relationships with clients and coworkers
• Someone with a truly pawsitive attitude—kind, compassionate, and resilient, even on hard days
