At AcutePet Urgent Care, we’re rethinking what urgent care can look like - for pets and for the people providing it.

We’re a vet-owned, people-first organization built on a simple idea: great medicine only happens when the team behind it is supported, trusted, and set up to thrive.

We’ve recently expanded to Voorhees, NJ, where we’re already seeing strong demand from the community. Our hospitals deliver emergency-level care in an urgent care setting - with a pace and schedule designed to support both excellent medicine and a sustainable way to practice.

We’re open 10am–10pm, seven days a week - no overnights, no major holidays.

What You’ll See Here

We focus on urgent, same-day cases that need attention - but not hospitalization:

• Lacerations and minor trauma
• Vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration
• Toxin ingestions
• Acute pain or illness requiring diagnostics and stabilization

You’ll have the tools, support, and clinical backing to work these cases up confidently - and the ability to send patients back to their primary vet for follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
• All levels of experience welcome - new grads encouraged to apply
• Interest in urgent care, emergency medicine, or expanding clinical confidence
• Strong diagnostic skills and a thoughtful, adaptable approach to patient care
• Excellent communication with clients and medical support teams
• Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with 25% production pay (whichever is greater), with no negative accrual
• No overnights or major holidays
• Up to six weeks of paid parental and adoptive leave
