Job Overview:
Our Veterinary Client Service Representatives are responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service and patient care within the veterinary practice including, but not limited to:

• Creating and presenting financial options and estimates
• Accurately entering service charges into client processing database
• Extensive client interaction
• Answering the phone
• Differentiating between routine and emergency cases
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting clients and admitting patients
• Checking out clients, processing payments and managing financial information
• Communicating information between clients and team members
• Remaining calm and collected in the face of emergency situations

Salary Range: Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate at $15-18/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
