Our Client Service Representatives provide the first and last impressions of our hospital and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSR’s are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine so they can appropriately schedule doctor visits, answer questions, and educate our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Schedule patient appointments
• Provide information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services and products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
