Compensation: $16.50-$18.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Arrowhead Veterinary Hospital, a proud Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you’ll play a vital role in our hospital by:
- Greeting clients and pets warmly and creating a positive first impression
- Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
- Answering phones, emails, and non-medical client questions with professionalism and empathy
- Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
- Maintaining accurate client and patient information in hospital systems
- Keeping the front desk, reception, waiting areas, and exam rooms clean and organized
- Reviewing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling cash drawers
- Supporting and mentoring fellow team members
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- Customer service experience and/or at least 1 year of veterinary experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic accounting, cash handling, and financial reconciliation
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
