What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you’ll play a vital role in our hospital by:

• Greeting clients and pets warmly and creating a positive first impression
• Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
• Answering phones, emails, and non-medical client questions with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information in hospital systems
• Keeping the front desk, reception, waiting areas, and exam rooms clean and organized
• Reviewing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling cash drawers
• Supporting and mentoring fellow team members

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• Customer service experience and/or at least 1 year of veterinary experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with basic accounting, cash handling, and financial reconciliation
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
