Description
Thrive Miami is looking for a Full Time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in South Miami, Florida.Client Service Representative - South Miami, FL
SHIFT: Daytime, swing, late evening and must be able to work rotating weekends
COMPENSATION: $17-23 / HR BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS
Additional shift differentials apply to overnight and weekend shifts.

You’re an outstanding communicator who can professionally connect with clients, doctors, and team members while helping keep hospital flow seamless and efficient. Your Experience & Skills
- Deliver an exceptional client experience rooted in consistency, clarity, and compassion across all interactions, from first contact through discharge.
- Communicate professionally, clearly, and compassionately with clients, while partnering closely with DVMs and hospital teams to ensure accurate, timely, and seamless information flow.
- Demonstrate service and empathy by actively listening, anticipating client needs, and supporting clients through both minor issues and high-stress situations.
- Take accountability for scheduling, follow-up, documentation, and financial communication, ensuring accuracy and ownership from start to finish.
- Support hospital operations by working collaboratively with technicians, assistants, and doctors to maintain efficient patient flow and a well-coordinated client experience.
- Maintain an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach, balancing multiple priorities while stepping in where support is needed.
- Foster a positive, respectful environment by bringing joy, teamwork, and professionalism to daily interactions and continuously seeking opportunities to improve (exploration).
- Ensure proper use, troubleshooting, cleanliness, stocking, and readiness of hospital equipment and client facing areas.
- Uphold the culture and values of Thrive Miami while serving as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment.
- Possesses a positive work attitude
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Required: Previous veterinary medicine experience
Preferred: Previous experience in a fast-paced ER and/or specialty practice
