The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Associate Veterinarian with a focus on Surgery & Dentistry who is passionate about high-quality care and continuous growth.

You’ll Have the Opportunity To:

• Perform soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, splenectomies, etc.)
• Practice dentistry, including extractions
• Expand into advanced procedures (including potential orthopedic services for the right candidate)
• Manage a balanced caseload, including:
• Wellness care
• Sick visits
• Diagnostic workups
• You’ll have the support, tools, and collaboration needed to think through cases—not just move through them.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 – $200,000 salary (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in surgery and dentistry
• Strong communication skills and commitment to client education
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude (non-negotiable)
• Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
