Responsibilities
-Conduct outpatient appointments, follow-up care, and client education while maintaining detailed medical records. Provide emergency and critical care during regular business hours.
-Manage hospitalized patients, develop treatment plans, and communicate with clients and support staff regarding patient care.
-Perform surgical procedures and dental extractions while ensuring accurate medical documentation and client communication.
-Maintain ethical, moral, and professional standards, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
-Support other veterinarians and support staff members by promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive, respectful workplace. Address conflict resolution in a professional, solution-oriented manner. Collaborate with management to improve clinic protocols, standards of care and workflow efficiencies.
-Other responsibilities include attending all staff and doctor meetings to collaborate with the team and enhance hospital operations. Adhere to all hospital protocols. Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Base Salary plus Production Commission

What We're Looking For
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio
Strong diagnostic and case management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and commitment to high-quality patient care

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
