$165,000-$200,000 Base Salary + $50,000 Signing Bonus

Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal practice in Mesquite, Texas.

We serve a diverse community with many Spanish-speaking pet owners, so a veterinarian who is bilingual in English and Spanish would be a tremendous asset to our clients and team. We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

• Base salary: $165,000-$200,000, based on experience

About Thrive Mesquite

Thrive Mesquite is a full-service small animal general practice serving Mesquite and the greater Dallas community. Our veterinarians see a variety of canine and feline cases, including wellness and preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, and soft tissue surgery.

You’ll have the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine while being supported by an experienced team and the resources of the Thrive Pet Healthcare network.

What We’re Looking For

• DVM/VMD or equivalent
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred
• Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
• DEA license or eligibility
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship are welcome to apply
