Our typical day consists of seeing a mix of both sick and wellness appointments, as well as surgery days for dentals and routine surgeries. Client Service Representative

South Windsor Veterinary Clinic in South Windsor, CT

Pay range : $20.00-23.00 /hrly based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet clients and pets in a professional, compassionate manner
• Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment requests
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims
• Supervise and support reception staff
• Train new front desk employees on clinic procedures and software
• Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Monitor inventory of office and reception supplies
• Assist with administrative reports and daily clinic operations

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is required
• Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
• Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
