Description
South Windsor Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Lead Client Service Representative to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Our typical day consists of seeing a mix of both sick and wellness appointments, as well as surgery days for dentals and routine surgeries. Client Service Representative
South Windsor Veterinary Clinic in South Windsor, CT
Pay range : $20.00-23.00 /hrly based on experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet clients and pets in a professional, compassionate manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment requests
- Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits
- Maintain accurate patient and client records
- Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims
- Supervise and support reception staff
- Train new front desk employees on clinic procedures and software
- Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally
- Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Monitor inventory of office and reception supplies
- Assist with administrative reports and daily clinic operations

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is required
- Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
