Veterinary Assistant

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide compassionate care to pet patients and their loved ones
• Assist DVM/LVT with treatments
• Collecting voided urine/fecal samples
• Keeping cages clean and sanitized
• Walking, feeding, and picking up after animals
• Communicating with clients via phone and in-person
• Assisting in taking radiographs
• Restraining animals
• Restocking treatment and exam rooms

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital preferred but not required
