Thrive Pet Healthcare - North Scottsdale is hiring an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll be a key connection between clients, patients, and our medical staff-helping ensure smooth hospital flow and a positive experience, even in high-stress situations.

Thrive Pet Healthcare - North Scottsdale is a 24-hour Emergency, Critical Care, and Specialty hospital offering a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to veterinary medicine. Our services include:

What You’ll Do
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you’ll support hospital operations and client experience by:
- Greeting clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
- Answering phone calls and responding to non-medical client inquiries
- Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
- Creating appointment reminders and rescheduling missed visits
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records in hospital systems
- Keeping front desk, reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized
- Reviewing invoices and ensuring accurate payment processing and cash handling
- Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Customer service experience required
- 1+ year of veterinary experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Comfort with basic accounting, payments, and cash handling
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
